About the Trainer / Health Coach
Rachel Menard is a personal trainer and a holistic health coach. She is also the founder of Resigned to Excellence, a faith based blog/vlog geared towards the importance of holistic living. She has been married for 18 years to her husband Paul, and they have two children, Benjamin (20) and Harley (16). Rachel learned how to fight her own personal battle of addiction, alcoholism, and obesity using self-discipline, and the healing power of holistic living. She works with women all over the United States, leading them towards hormonal and metabolic balance using very simple, yet strategic, measures of clean eating and exercise. Rachel speaks publicly on these topics, as well as teaches workshops on how to eat well on the go.
